Take a dip in the community pool, located just two houses down, or follow the sidewalk a short walk to the beach and soak up the salt air and sun rays. You will love your stay! When you pull up to this stylish home all your troubles can melt away. The driveway is large enough for three vehicles to park comfortably. Enter the side yard where you will find the door that will take you into the open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. When you enter the home, you will be surrounded with tasteful beach decor that you will find throughout the home. You will find beautiful stained concrete floors throughout the first level of the home, making cleaning up a breeze. The living area features a large sectional that is perfect for your group to cuddle up on and enjoy a movie on the flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you will need to whip up a home cooked meal. You will love the amount of prep space you will find to help you prepare your group a meal. When it is time to eat, gather around the island and the dining room table to enjoy your meal. You will find ample seating for everyone in your group. Spend your evenings on the screened porch located just off the living room. Showcase your grilling skills on the electric grill located in this area. A half bath and laundry area can be found on the main level as well as a washer and dryer.
