Peaceful fifth floor condo at The Dunes

The Dunes condominiums are located in Fort Morgan on the peaceful outskirts of Gulf Shores, Alabama. The Dunes sit at the end of the Fort Morgan peninsula, approximately 21 miles from the intersection of Highway 59 and State Highway 180. If you are looking for serenity and a profound lack of traffic, The Dunes is your vacation spot. Two of the great benefits of this area of Gulf Shores is the great golf within a short distance and the fishing opportunities. Both Kiva Dunes and the Peninsula golf club are a short drive with Craft Farms not too much further. There are charter fishing outfits at the marinas nearby and near the fort, and there is the ferry landing where flounder lurk. In this same area, there is a group of rocks that keep fish around with the Dixie Bar out in front of Fort Morgan what offers some of the best fishing for redfish and trout in the entire area. The Dunes has a great night-time view of the drilling platforms on the west end of the Alabama Gulf Coast. On a clear night, they look like fire flies in the Gulf. It is a beautiful sight. During your stay, you will be able to enjoy the many on-site shared amenities, including a swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, pool spa, grilling area, outdoor shower, and fitness center.

Living Area:
An open concept kitchen and living area layout, that has plenty of room for the entire family. Beautiful views from your own private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up a meal, stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony and take in the views. Relax after a day on the beach in the comfortable living space with a sleeper sofa.

Bed and Bath:
The bedroom features a king-size bed. The bathrooms have a shower/tub combo. The hallway has a bunkbed featuring two twin-size beds.

*Note - This community is under renovation and there will be quite a bit of construction happening on the face of the building as well as equipment on site. The construction hours will be 7AM -5pm Monday through Friday.
