Follow the grass road behind the property to the beach, where you can spend your days soaking up salt water and sun rays. Shopping, adventure seeking, and dining are nearby. As soon as you pull into the community, you will know you have checked in for a fantastic vacation. You will find reserved parking for one vehicle in the second garage on the left side. If you need additional parking, you can find it behind the pool area. Be sure to check out the great community amenities such as the clubhouse, pool (which is heated during the winter months only), the hot tub, fish cleaning station, and the community BBQ grills. The clubhouse boasts table games such as pool and ping pong. Take a short walk down the grass road behind the building where you will find our beautiful beach. 

As you enter the home, you will be greeted with an inviting open concept floor plan with plenty of space for your group. The living area features a beautiful fireplace, large flat screen TV, and ample seating. Curl up on the comfy couch with a cocktail in the evening and take advantage of the free WIFI while streaming your favorite shows on the TV. Cook up a meal for your group in the well-equipped kitchen boasting all the pots and pans you need. Gather around the dining room table and the island when it is time to eat. You are sure to love the balcony areas in this home, with access being off both the bedrooms and the living area. Break out your favorite bottle of wine and choose your seat on the balcony for an evening of fun and laughter. This home even features in-home laundry to keep your clothes looking their best. 

Take your pick of the bedrooms when it is time to retire for the evening. The first bedroom boasts a queen bed, dresser, TV, and chair. The secondary bathroom features a single sink vanity and shower. Additional sleeping accommodations can be found from the futon beds in the living room that fold out to twin beds.
