It has its own private boat lift and pier, so bring your shallow bottom boat and enjoy a true fisherman's paradise. Located on the southern tip of Texas and only a quick 20-minute drive to South Padre Island beaches. Five beds, including the sleeper sofa, provide sleeping accommodations for 10 people. Downstairs has all large flooring tiles, while laminate flooring completes the bedrooms upstairs. This is a two-level home with master bedroom/bath and large walk-in closet, balcony and bath looking out over the harbor. Two guest bedrooms upstairs share a full bath in the hall. There is a powder room downstairs.

A 75" smart TV with cable and streaming video provides entertainment in the family room, along with a 42" smart TV in the master bedroom. Additionally, there are 42" TVs in two guest bedrooms with streaming capability only. There is Wi-Fi throughout the entire house, and a full-size washer and dryer for your laundry convenience. Off the living room, there is a spacious patio with sofa, chairs and a gas grill. The garage has parking available for two cars.

The driveway provides parking for two cars. The kitchen has all stainless steel and electric appliances. All kitchen equipment and utensils are provided, along with all the small appliances necessary for preparing your family's favorite meals or mixing your favorite drinks. Place settings for 10 are included.

A guest tablet provides you with information on activities and dining in the area, and a short drive to South Padre Island gets you to all the island's activities and beaches.

Located in a quiet gated community with access to a newly updated 18-hole PGA golf course open to the public, tennis court, basketball court, fitness room, and a large, heated pool at the club house. You can kayak, paddle board and fish from the private dock. You can bring your own Shallow bottom boat, launch it at the private harbor boat ramp and bring it to the property's pier/dock. While out boating, you can exit the harbor through the marked channel to access the Laguna Madre Bay for fishing or cross the bay for dinner at restaurants.
