This brand new construction Home is equipped with all the fun and games you could want. A full size Ping Pong table in the garage, Basket ball hoop shooting game, Pac Man arcade game, and tons of board games for the family competition! There's a Gameroom as you enter into the home with the kid's "Shark" Bedroom equipped with four Bunk Beds. Two are Full size, and the other two or Twin size. The Guest Bedroom across the hall has a King size bed and shares a full size bathroom that sits between the two rooms. Upstairs is the main Living area that's open to the fully stocked Kitchen and half bathroom. There's a Sleeper Sofa that has a Full size bed for extra Guests, and a 52" Smart TV for movie watchers. The Master is just off the Living area that offers a King size bed, huge closet with barn-like doors, and a large Master bathroom that has an oversized walk-in shower and double sinks at the vanity area. The patio off the front of the Home features a stainless steel gas propane grill and a table for six and has a stunning view of the Copano Bay and gorgeous sunsets for your evening sipping on a glass of wine. Please Note: Vehicle's pulling a boat trainer will need to park in the gravel directly in front of the property. Please don't park at the end of the street next to the pool area. This is a no parking zone. All guest are allowed to use the boat slip at the community pier.
