This is a two-level apartment with a spectacular rooftop terrace! On the first level is the main room with a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a secondary room with Queen size bed and a full bathroom that serves the secondary room and the guests. There is also a double size sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you require for your stay, including utensils for up to 6 people. On the second level of the apartment, which you access through a spiral staircase on the terrace, you will find a barbecue area, a solarium, an extra bathroom and a spectacular area with a private Picuzzi. Ideal for entertaining or for just relaxing while having a drink!

The bedding and towels are custom-made for us with the highest quality cotton.

We provide A/c in all areas as well as ceiling fans. Smart TV's with Iptv system in the room and main room and wifi service included in the rental cost.

The residential has 24 hour security and surveillance cameras. We also feature an adult swimming pool, a children's pool and a barbecue area.

Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:

If you would like an additional cleaning service, we will be happy to provide it at an additional cost of Us$50.00, which includes a complete change of bed linen. Cleaning only, without change of sheets, costs Us$25.00 and only change of sheets costs Us$20.00
