The master bedroom and the secondary room has a Queen size bed. Double size sofa bed in the living room, that is integrated with dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to show your culinary skills, as well as Smart TV’s (living room and bedrooms), fast Internet connection, AC in all rooms, as well as ceiling fans, hair dryer, clothing steamer, efficient sound proofing, safety box, blackout curtains and, of course, linens so you don’t have to bring anything from home.

The residential has 24 hour security and surveillance cameras.

Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:

If you would like an additional cleaning service, we will be happy to provide it at an additional cost of Us$50.00, which includes a complete change of bed linen. Cleaning only, without change of sheets, costs Us$25.00 and only change of sheets costs Us$20.00
