This funky and modern apartment is located in the heart of Bávaro, just a 30-second walk from the white sand beach of Los Corales and a 2-minute walk from restaurants, bars, a supermarket and pharmacy.

The distribution of the apartment is as follows: Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom. Secondary bedroom with queen size bed. A full guest bathroom that serves both the secondary bedroom and the guests. Sofa that can be used as a single bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need for your stay, including kitchenware for up to 6 people.

Bed linen, towels ane beach towles are provided with the apartment.
In the bathrooms, we place the basic amenities so you don't have to worry about it on your first night. Shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap and toilet paper are provided to help you through your first day so you can relax. Refills are at the guest's expense.

We offer air conditioning in all areas, as well as ceiling fans.

Smart TV's with Iptv system in the room and Wi-Fi service included in the rental cost.
The residential has security and surveillance cameras 24 hours. This residential features a pool apt for adults and children and a barbecue area.

The Los Corales area is the best known in Bávaro Punta Cana, with more than 50 restaurants within walking distance of the residential area that will guarantee you an excellent culinary experience and always something to do at night.

Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:

If you would like an additional cleaning service, we will be happy to provide it at an additional cost of Us$50.00, which includes a complete change of bed linen. Cleaning only, without change of sheets, costs Us$25.00 and only change of sheets costs Us$20.00
